The Fundamentals of Fitness instructor
I have been an athlete since the age of three. My love of fitness has continued throughout my life and for the past 20 years I have shared my knowledge with others. My experience as a personal trainer, spinning instructor and a Pilates mat instructor led me to create a workshop and class called The Fundamentals of Fitness.I have taught this workshop at Form Body Studio which I founded in 2000, the College of Marin, Kaiser Permanente, Club One, Parkpoint and many events and conferences.
My teaching style is down to earth and very much focused on the details. I believe that correct form is essential to any exercise routine and I hope to instill this in each student so that they will have an injury and pain free workout and are able to be successful in attaining their fitness goals.
