Yoga For Wellness

Yoga for Wellness is a dynamic blend of breathing, movement, mantra and meditation. The focus of this class is to strengthen and balance the major systems of the body. We will explore ancient yogic tools and techniques as well as the latest trends in wellness to boost physical health and enhance emotional well being.
Class is open to all levels and can be easily modified for injuries and/or limitations.
For over 20 years, Leslie has been dedicated to teaching health and wellness through yoga, meditation, nutrition and food classes. She is looking forward to helping you reach your health and wellness goals.
Leslie is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
