Empower yourself through Cardio Sculpt Kickboxing! Prepare to sweat through this fat blasting workout as you punch and kick your way to better muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance. An assortment of equipment will be used to sculpt your body. Class finishes with a deep stretch. Please bring water. No experience needed.

Belly Dance & Dance Fitness

Belly Dance Basics – Monday Evenings, 6:15 pm

No matter if you are an absolute beginner or simply wishing to brush up on your Belly Dance basics, this class will build your foundational skills through basic combos, isolations, and strength and flexibility conditioning to improve muscle tone, coordination, and range of motion. All levels welcome!

Cardio Dance Fusion – Wednesday Mornings, 9:15 am

Join us as we dance our way to better health and fitness with Cardio Dance Fusion. Explore styles from the east to the west through belly dance, Latin dance, swing, Bollywood dance, ballet, burlesque, and more! The best part about taking Cardio Dance Fusion is that you will have so much fun dancing you won’t even realize you are exercising.

Belly Dance Mixed Level – Wednesday Evenings, 6:15 pm

This mixed level class is structured with dancers of all levels in mind, working from basic isolations to intricate layering and all the levels in between. Master your quality of technique, sharpness and smoothness of movement, balance, posture, and sense of rhythm. Option to learn finger cymbals (zills), please bring your own.

Tai Chi Chuan & Qigong

Fridays, 10:30 am

Tai Chi Chuan has a reputation to be effective for health and healing while focusing on relaxation, breathing, and mind body coordination. It can help improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class includes internal and external training through Qigong and the Yang style forms and their application. This class is great for beginners and experienced Tai Chi practitioners.
